Who we are

What this website collects
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. If you agree to cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
Bookings
When you book, your booking details are processed by Cloudbeds, our booking system, so we can manage your reservation. At check-in we ask for a valid government-issued ID.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We use your messages only to answer you and arrange your stay.
Sharing and keeping data
We may share your information with service providers who help us provide our services, or when required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect it and keep it only as long as necessary or required by law.
Your rights
You may access and correct your personal information at any time. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU, you can also ask us to delete it, object to its use or receive a copy. Email info@wildmonkeyshostel.com.
